Music Library “Lilian Voudouri” of the Friends of Music Association

The Music Library “Lillian Voudouri” was created by the Association Friends of Music to function as a database of information on music and the arts, capable of supporting ongoing and multilevel research and educational programs. Its purpose is to promote music and the arts through education and entertainment. Unique in its kind in Greece, it is addressed to a wide range of audiences, such as students, researchers, artists and lovers of music and the arts. It operates based on modern methods of organizing music libraries and uses all new technologies in its field of activity. The Library serves its visitors and users from a distance with its rich collection, while also organizing cultural events for young and old. The Greek Music Archive of the Library collects, processes and documents all kinds of material related to Greek music and is a special research center for it.
